The Challenge
In the past, Veridas had its recruitment and talent search processes internalized. This approach, while effective in some ways, required a great deal of time and resources. In addition, the technology sector presents the rest that exists high demand for software developers and it is difficult to find expert and committed profiles. Faced with this situation, the company decided to contract with Unow Solutions a specialized IT outsourcing service to speed up the search for ideal candidates and improve the efficiency of its hiring process.
