The CZFB (Consortium of the Free Trade Zone of Barcelona) owns a fleet of vehicles for internal employee use and faced difficulties managing the vehicle allocation process, which was done manually. The challenges included fleet management, incident reporting, mileage distribution, data synchronization with the central CZFB mainframe, and tracking vehicle trips.
To address these issues, we were selected as the IT solutions provider to develop and implement a comprehensive web-based vehicle management system. Unow Solutions has extensive experience in ERP and CRM solutions.
At Unow Solutions, we proposed building a solution using Vue.js for the client side and Laravel for API construction. This application is designed to efficiently manage the usage and mileage distribution of their vehicle fleet, including both private and rented cars.
Additionally, the CZFB Fleet app allows users to connect directly with Microsoft Active Directory via Single Sign-On (SSO), ensuring secure integration with their existing systems.
